Carvuno Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Carvuno website and the purchase of products made available through Carvuno.
1. About Carvuno
Carvuno is an online automotive marketplace focused on products for Chinese GCC vehicles in the United Arab Emirates. Products may be supplied by Carvuno or by approved third-party automotive sellers.
2. Using Carvuno
By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our applicable policies. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, selecting a vehicle, or contacting a seller.
3. Vehicle compatibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, including make, model, year and other relevant specifications.
Carvuno aims to help customers identify compatible products, but compatibility may depend on vehicle specifications, trim, GCC configuration, modifications and product variations.
If a product is confirmed as compatible based on information supplied by the customer but does not fit, the issue will be reviewed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UAE consumer rights.
4. Products and sellers
Product descriptions, prices, availability and compatibility information should be accurate at the time they are displayed. Some products may be offered by approved third-party sellers.
Seller information may be displayed on the relevant product or shop page where applicable.
5. Prices and orders
Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams unless otherwise stated.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order may be cancelled or rejected if, for example, a product is unavailable, pricing information is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be completed, or delivery cannot reasonably be provided.
If payment has already been collected for an order that cannot be fulfilled, an appropriate refund will be arranged.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Cash on Delivery or other payment methods may be available depending on the order and location.
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the seller, destination, courier, product availability and circumstances outside reasonable control.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and any mandatory rights available under UAE law.
9. Installation and use
Certain automotive products should be installed by a qualified professional. Customers should follow the manufacturer's instructions and applicable safety requirements.
Carvuno is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse or use contrary to manufacturer instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
10. Intellectual property
The Carvuno name, website content, branding, graphics and original materials may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by law.
11. Prohibited use
You may not use Carvuno for fraudulent activity, unlawful activity, interference with the website, unauthorized access, or infringement of another person's rights.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Carvuno will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or products sold through it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under UAE law.
13. Changes
Carvuno may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the relevant time will apply.
