Carvuno Shipping Policy

Carvuno currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery: AED 25

Free delivery is available on orders of AED 200 or more.

Estimated delivery time

Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after the order is confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the seller, product availability, delivery location, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Order processing

Orders may require processing and confirmation before dispatch. Customers may be contacted if additional information is required regarding the order, vehicle compatibility, delivery address, or payment.

Multiple sellers

Because Carvuno operates as a marketplace, products purchased from different sellers may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Delivery information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Carvuno and its delivery partners are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Failed delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the delivery information is incorrect, additional delivery charges may apply for another delivery attempt.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact Carvuno as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.

Delivery restrictions

Certain oversized, restricted, hazardous, or specialized automotive products may have additional delivery requirements. Where applicable, these will be communicated before the order is completed.
